So we did it....you know exactly what you want to do....get a car.Oh, how I dreaded the thought of going through the long, stressful process (been there a few times). It never seems easy, but this time it really was.We went to Redemption looking for another car.I'll be honest... I already had us at FAILED before we even walked in as our credit is not the best, and we already have one auto loan.Bobby and Kyle pleasantly worked with us through the entire process but were not pushy. They kept me open minded to the fact we might just win this time. AND WE DID.I have always had brand new cars so buying used was scary for me, however the vehicle we picked out was perfect for us. It looked almost brand new for being a used car.We had a concern we addressed with them the next day and they pleasantly told us come on up, let us take a look at it.We took the car back and they had the problem fixed by their trusted mechanic in no time.If you can afford the car payment, do not let less than perfect credit hold you back. Go see what they have to offer within your means.Like they told me..it doesn't hurt to try and they were right. In fact trying helped us, not trying would have kept us in the same rut scratching our heads.I am grateful we went by.Very kind, pleasant crew there!I'm almost certain they won't forget me, I was rather stressed, negative and just a mess but once they showed me... you can... we did!Just Do It!Take a ride over and see if they can help you too!Peace and much love,Susan

I just want to say that my dealings with redemption auto was clear and smooth. I was so surprised when I I was totally taken back to notice a brand new battery was installed in my 2017 Hyundai accent. They couldn’t have been more friendly and completely transparent.
