I had a great experience with Redemption Auto! After being in a car accident and dealing with a difficult financial situation, the owner Kyle and his team were incredibly compassionate listeners. They took the time to truly understand my circumstances and guided me toward vehicles that made sense for my budget without any high-pressure sales tactics.They even went above and beyond by offering to open up on Sunday—a day they are normally closed—just so my brother could come look at vehicles with me.Even though I ultimately ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere, I cannot recommend this business enough. If you want to work with a team that is genuinely relaxed, empathetic, and willing to go the extra mile for people, this is the place to go!
